Your password, ever. Nobody here will ask for it and there is no reason to send it. If you can't get in, reset it and the game will mail you a code.
Getting your runner back. Retiring one and deleting an account are both on your own account page, both say what they do before they do it, and neither can be undone from this end. What each one keeps is in the FAQ.
